Tamarind Chutney is a dressing which tastes well with many recipes like Sambosa, Wada, Dal Pakwan, Dokla and many more.

 1 qt small bunch of coriander leaves
 0.50 qt small bunch of mint leaves
 1 small onion (Optional)
 Green chilies to taste
 5 garlic cloves (Optional)
 2 inch ginger
 0.50 cup tamarind juice
 1 tsp sugar or jaggery (Gur)
 Salt to taste

Wash and chop the green leaves.

Add coriander and mint leaves to the mixer along with the other ingredients.

Grind it.Add little water if required.

Tamarind chutney is ready.
