Sindhi Lolo (Easy Step-by-Step Sindhi breakfast)

Sindhi Lolo is a traditional comfort food, which can be had in breakfast or as a dessert after meal or at evening tea time. It is specifically made on Sitla Saatam by Sindhis. Do try it and bring that Sindhi Swaad to your very own home.

 2 cups Wheat flour
 3 tbsp Pure ghee
 ¾ cup Sugar
 1 tsp Cardamom powder
 1 cup Water

Pour little water in sugar and keep it aside.

In a large bowl, take wheat flour and add ghee.

Mix the wheat flour and ghee, till the ghee incorporates with flour.

Now add in Cardamom powder.

Add in the sugar soaked in water, to the flour-ghee mixture.

Knead a semi-hard dough, by adding water as required.

Cover the dough with a cloth for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, make large dough-balls.

Flatten the dough-balls with rolling-pin.

Make a thick roti.

Give small cuts over the Lolo.

Heat a tava.

Put the Lolo over the tava and cook it on very low flame.

Brush ghee over the Lolo.

Flip the Lolo, cook the other side.

Brush ghee over the Lolo.

Flip again.

Cook the Lolo till both sides are done.
