The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Transport Authority (MMRTA) revised the auto-rickshaw and taxi fares and announced a hike recently. The increased fare is applicable from March 1, 2021. For the next three months, Auto Rikshaw/Taxi drivers will run their vehicles by showing cards. But by June, they will have to update their meters.

- The minimum fare for 1.5 Kms. is Rs. 21.00
- 28% additional fare for the journey from 12.00 midnight to 05.00 AM.
