To help India in its fight, Will Cathcart, Whatsapp head, recently tweeted to announce that their platform has collaborated with health workers. Whatsapp is using its app to operate chatbots as helplines. One of these is a chatbot, MyGov Corona Helpdesk.

- Add MyGov Corona Helpdesk phone number to your contact list
- Go to Whatsapp chat, and type ‘Namaste’ to initiate communication
- An automated response will be generated and you will be asked your Pincode
- Reply with your Pincode
- Once you’ve sent your Pincode, you get an entire list of vaccination centers within that Pincode
