Pethe Ji Bhaji (Pumpkin Vegetable Subji) is very easy to make, Pethe Ji Bhaji (Pumpkin Vegetable Subji) can be served along with Indian Breads, Bread or Steamed rice.
Wash, deseed and finely chop the pumpkin. Finely chop the tomatoes. heat the oil anD put in the mustard seeds. When they start popping then ass pumpkin, green chillies and salt. After about 20 minutes, put all the powderd masalas and tomatoes. Cook well till oil separates and the pumpkin becomes tender. garnish with chopped coriender leaves. serve hot with khichdi.
