Cucumber Raita is a cooling raita made with chopped or grated cucumber with added spices for flavour. Most India eat raita as a cooling agent and it is very much used in summer.

 1 cup Finely Chopped Cucumber
 1 cup Fresh Yogurt (Dahi / Curd)
 ½ tsp Red Chili Powder / Lal Mirch powder
 ½ tsp Chaat Masala Powder
 Chopped Coriander Leaves

First, one should always rinse the cucumber, then finely chop or grate the cucumber.

Now take Yogurt in a bowl and beat until it is smooth.

Add the chopped / grated cucumber in the bowl.

Add all the dry spices, salt and coriander leaves.

Mix all the ingredients well with yogurt well.

Garnish cucumber raita with some coriander leaves
