Mix warm milk, yeast and sugar in a large mixing bowl and rest for 5 mins.
Add salt garlic and oregano butter and maida and start to knead the dough
Knead for at least 6 to 7 mins.
Coat the dough with oil. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
Further punch the and rest again for half an hour to 45 mins
In a bowl mix butter garlic and coriander, to make Garlic Butter
Take half the dough and roll and spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
Top with cheese and corn on half the dough also season with chilli flakes, oregano and mixed herbs. ( One may also add boiled chicken, salami, or any vegetables of choice)
Fold the dough and seal the edges and brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter and top with chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
Make marks over the bread without cutting them fully.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
