Stir together bread crumbs and milk in a bowl. Add in garlic, salt, egg and pepper, and mix.
Stir in ground chicken but do not over mix.
With oiled hands, roll the meat into small size balls.
Heat pan and fry meatballs on medium flame. Remove meatballs from the pan and keep aside.
Heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add onions and saute for about 4 to 5 mins until translucent.
Add garlic and ginger, and cook for two minutes.
Add jeera powder, chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala and salt. Let spices heat through until fragrant.
Add tomato puree and cook for 5 mins.
Let the sauce cool for 5 minutes. Blend sauce until smooth. U can add little water
Pour the sauce into the pan. Add butter, cream and 1 tsp garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
Serve with rice.
