Badusha recipe also knows as badusha sweet or badhusha sweet or balushahi recipe is is a south Indian sweet dessert recipe prepared mainly with maida or all purpose flour and sugar.

Ingredients

 0.50 tsp Baking Powder
 3 cups Curd
 2 qts Elachi
 2 tsp Ghee
 3.50 cups Flour (Maida)
 250 g Oil
 Salt to taste
 7 tsp Sugar

Method

Preparation of syrup
1

Make sugar syrup by mixing sugar with equal amount of water and cook for about 5 minutes.

Preparation of Baadhusha

To 100g of ghee add a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda and mix until bubbles appear.

Add 100g of maida to this and mix by sprinkling water in teps so that it becomes soft.

Make this into uniform balls and flatten it lightly on both sides.

Deep fry this in oil and when it it cooked, put it immediately into the sugar syrup for about 5 minutes and then remove it on to a plate.

Repeat the procedure with all the balls.
