This coriander chutney is perfect for using as a dipping sauce with dal pakwan, cutlets and samosas or to serve with main course dishes like biryani.

 1 qt fresh coriander
 8 qts cloves garlic
 1 piece of ginger
 2 green chillies
 1 tsp sugar
 0.50 tsp salt
 2 tsp lime juice

Cut off roots from coriander

Peel garlic and ginger

Remove stalks from green chillies.

Wash all above ingredients thoroughly.

Grind all above and remaining ingredients into a smooth paste in a food processor.
